Shipping Domestic

Customer service is our first priority. We ensure that orders are quickly processed and safely delivered. All orders and products are checked for freshness before they are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the order on the next best available day, which may be the following week. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us. ➤ When placing an order, UPS/FEDEX/USPS estimates the delivery date based on the shipping method and the shipment's destination. The shipping charge is determined by the weight and destination of your order, including applicable sales tax.

➤ Healthy Vege can ship products to most states within the USA.

➤ All confirmed orders will ONLY be shipped between Monday and Wednesday (excluding holidays). No orders will be shipped on weekends.

Shipping Methods

UPS/FEDX/USPS Delivery

Depending on the chosen shipping method, the shipping fee and delivery time may vary. UPS, FedEx, and USPS do not deliver on holidays or weekends.

Truck Delivery

For large orders to qualify for truck delivery, the order must have a minimum value of $350, with a surcharge of $3.00 per box. Truck deliveries are limited to the following states: CT, DE, PA, MD, MA, NC, NY, NJ, VA, and WDC. If your location is eligible for trucking service, please call us to place your order at 718-788-6618.

Processing Time/Tracking

Our processing time is 1–4 business days after payment has been processed. A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is processed. Tracking information can be found at http://www.ups.com. The tracking number will be available 1–2 days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping International

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like to discuss international ordering options, please send us a message through the Contact Us page.

Returns

We apologize, but our products are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final. We hope you enjoy our products and that we have provided you with 100% satisfaction.
