Shipping Domestic

Customer service is our top priority. We ensure that all orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. Each order is carefully checked for freshness before shipment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day, which may be the following week. Important Shipping Information:

  • Choose the Best Shipping Method: Please select the shipping option that best suits your location. Healthy Vege is not responsible for any damage to your orders or products. All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges on merchandise. For questions about shipping, email us or call 718-788-6618.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Healthy Vege is not responsible for lost packages.

  • Delivery Estimates & Charges: UPS, FedEx, and USPS provide estimated delivery dates based on your chosen shipping method and destination. Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight, destination, and applicable sales tax.

  • Availability: Healthy Vege can ship to most U.S. states.

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only (excluding holidays). No shipments are made on weekends.

Shipping Methods

UPS / FedEx / USPS Delivery
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the method selected. Please note that UPS, FedEx, and USPS do not deliver on holidays or weekends.

Truck Delivery
For large orders, truck delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of $350, with a surcharge of $3.00 per box. Truck deliveries are currently limited to the following states: CT, DE, PA, MD, MA, NC, NY, NJ, VA, and WDC.

If your location qualifies for truck delivery, please call us at 718-788-6618 to place your order.

Processing Time/Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Tracking information can be accessed at UPS.com. Please note that your tracking number may take 1–2 days to become active after your order has been shipped.

Shipping International

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like to discuss international ordering options, please send us a message through the Contact Us page.

Returns

We apologize, but our products are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final. We hope you enjoy our products and are completely satisfied with your purchase.
